This handcrafted Joven mezcal was made from an ensemble of Espadin and Barril Agave using traditional production methods. The agave is slow-cooked in an earthen pit and crushed with a tahona, before it’s left to ferment naturally. Bruxo X was distilled twice through copper pot stills and bottled at 40% ABV.

SLOW COOKING: Casamigos Mezcal is made using the artisanal method. Once harvested, the piñas are split and laid to cook for 4-6 days in earthen pits lined with volcanic or river rock. CRUSHING: Piñas are cooled for 24 hours before the crushing process begins. The agave is crushed utilising a Tahona wheel.
Lomeli had eyes for the female star, Barbara Mori. What better name for his tequila, he thought, than “azul,” the Spanish word for blue?
